The purpose of this position is to support sales in Belux, on the one hand in the food service channel (mainly Poppies brand), but also in the retail channel (In store bakery, F2, F3) as well as with some B2B customers.
You visit existing and new outlets in order to increase market penetration and market share (wholesalers, independent supermarkets, hypermarkets, ...).
You negotiate prices and conditions with direct customers/groupings on the basis of current rates and conditions
You make agreements at the point of sale regarding promotions/actions
You introduce new products to customers and encourage them to expand the existing range.
You work closely with the sales office and report to the Sales Manager.
You think along about market opportunities and positioning of the range
You represent the company during professional trade fairs

This Is What We Expect From You
You have at least a bachelor degree in a commercial direction and already have several years of experience in a similar position
Experience in the food sector is a big plus
You work very independently and have a natural commercial flair
Active prospecting does not scare you off
You live within a radius of +/- 30 km around the company
You are sociable and adapt your communication style according to your interlocutor.
You are perfectly bilingual Dutch/French. Spoken English is important
You are flexible and willing to be present at trade fairs outside normal working hours.
