Your role and key responsibilities will be:
1. Provide professional, high level and smooth client service
2. Perform various work associated with the Accounting Department (Encode invoices and bank statements, reconciliation for monthly VAT Declaration , invoices issuance & follow up, expenses, reporting, etc) at the highest level
3. Follow-up on tasks assigned to him/her
4. Support legal and/or business research on requirements
5. Support online and offline publications
6. Contribute to the implementation of ISO
7. Provide ah-hoc assistance to his/her Unit
8. Participate in Obelis events
Requirements
· BA degree Business Administration, Finance or similar discipline
· 2 to 4 years professional experience in the field of Finance/Accounting
· Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
· Knowledge of Belgian accounting law
· Fluency in English (written & oral)
· Fluency in French (written & oral) – an advantage
· Knowledge of the accounting database Winbooks – Is an Advantage
· Proficiency at Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
