Robert Half Talent Solutions is looking for an Accounting Manager for a permanent role in Brussels within a prestigious and fast-growing luxury company.
Your Role
Manage accounting for four Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway).
Lead a team of accountants and coordinate with tax providers & auditors.
Ensure compliance with local fiscal and accounting regulations.
Prepare local financial statements and deliver accurate management reports.
Oversee accounting operations: sales reconciliation, payroll, VAT, fixed assets, tax returns, and more.
Handle group reporting (IFRS entries, consolidations) and collaborate with Paris HQ.
Your Profile
Fluent in English; Polish or a Nordic language is an asset.
5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in an international environment.
Strong MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.
Meticulous, autonomous, and results-oriented.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills in a multicultural setting.
