Function

Are you our new Administrative Assistant?

For our branch in Ghent, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our transport and customer service team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and organizational support to the transport team.
  • Following up on files in collaboration with customer service.
  • Ensuring accurate processing of transport documents.
  • Communicating with internal departments to guarantee a smooth workflow.
  • Collecting and recording relevant data in our systems.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office 365, with a focus on Excel and Word.
  • Fluent communication in Dutch and English; knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • A team player with an eye for detail.
