About the Role

As an AI Engineer specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs), you will be pivotal in developing and optimizing machine learning pipelines with a focus on deep learning and MLOps. If you are a skilled professional with expertise in LLMs and strong Python skills, this is your chance to contribute significantly to advancing our machine learning capabilities.

ResponsibilitieS

• Develop and integrate LLM/SLM stacks with existing solutions.
• Fine-tune and deploy LLMs and SLMs to meet specific business needs.
• Design and implement (multi-modal) agents to enhance product functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of language models.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and language model technologies.

Qualifications

A great candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in deploying LLMs and SLMs.
• Strong proficiency in Python and related machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• A solid understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and agent systems and AI integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Advanced proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Italian will be considered a strong plus.
