Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Accountant (Jr) to become an integral part of its vibrant Accounting team. This full-time position is situated in Etterbeek
Join our client and leverage your technical accounting skills to perform a variety of critical tasks:
Oversee the complete purchasing cycle
Verify invoices for completeness and accuracy
Manage employee expense reports
Schedule supplier payments and keep track of payment deadlines
Record cash transactions
Engage with vendors and handle inquiries
Contribute to the monthly financial closing process
Exigences
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
At least one year of experience in Accounts Payable or a comparable role within an Accounting department
Proficiency in computer use, especially MS Office
Exceptional communication abilities
Proficiency in French and English (knowledge of German is a plus)
A proactive, organized, dynamic, and precise work ethic.
Ability to collaborate as part of a team as well as to work autonomously.
