BIS- Supply Chain Business Analyst

Plant Pharma are partnered with one of our leading pharmaceutical clients who are seeking to hire a BIS- Supply Chain Business Analyst. This is a hybrid position based in Ghent.

Key requirements:

• Solid understanding of supply chain operations within the biopharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years of experience supporting supply chain teams; experience with rare diseases is a significant advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with vendors, including DP manufacturers, to maintain consistent communication both internally and externally, ensuring seamless partnerships.
• Strong digital background, with experience in technologies such as ERP systems (Oracle preferred), Logistics/Transport Management Systems, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), and Supply Chain Management Systems (SCM).
• Proven track record of working within highly regulated environments, demonstrating compliance and industry standards knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to proactively resolve issues, negotiate, and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Proven ability to simplify and communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in creating business documentation such as business cases and requirement summaries.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and planning tools.
