We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, an organization that focuses on developing digital solutions for healthcare providers. The client deliver digital tools such as electronic prescriptions and collaborate on major projects like the referral prescriptions initiative. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in understanding and shaping healthcare solutions from a business perspective. Your insights will help translate stakeholder needs into digital applications that make healthcare more accessible and efficient.

🤖 Responsabilities and Requirements:

• Extract, analyze, and document business needs and bottlenecks from healthcare providers and patients.
• Identify gaps and propose business use cases to improve healthcare processes.
• Map current and future workflows by engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build strong networks to gather requirements and organize consultations with healthcare stakeholders.
• Develop and translate innovative solutions into actionable digital tools, aligned with healthcare regulations.
• Draft communication materials and prepare training resources for end-users as projects progress.
• Lead the "communication referral prescription" working group and collaborate with training organizations for end-user education.
• Participate in setting business priorities for the coming year.
• Assist with business helpdesk queries to capture ongoing requirements.
• Collaborate with the Business Manager, Software Liaison, Communication Experts, and external healthcare organizations to ensure smooth project execution.

🛠️ Technical Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience documenting business processes, systems, and requirements.
• Proficient in business analysis techniques (e.g., process and information flows) and strong understanding of the healthcare landscape.
• Experience with digital healthcare platforms or highly regulated sectors (e-Health preferred).
• Ability to empathize with healthcare providers and patients, keeping their needs central.
• Strong conceptual thinker, able to design process flows and anticipate future needs.
• Skilled in translating business problems into digital solutions with stakeholders and familiarity with tools like JIRA is a plus.

🗣️ Language Skills:

• Proficiency with Dutch, French and English
