🔑 What You'll Be Doing:

✨ Product Vision and Strategy:

• Shape and communicate the product vision aligned with our company's goals and digital transformation efforts.

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to design data products tailored to their needs.

🛠️ Backlog and Requirements Management:

• Translate business data needs into actionable user stories and manage the product backlog to ensure efficient delivery.

📊 Data Modeling:

• Develop and maintain data models and operational information for IT tools, ensuring data governance standards are met.

🚀 Agile Product Ownership:

• Act as the Product Owner within Agile-Scrum teams, collaborating on sprint and release plans.

🔍 Testing and Validation:

• Prepare and execute test scenarios, validating datasets and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).

📈 Continuous Improvement:

• Drive innovation and identify opportunities for product and process enhancements.

🎓 Training and Support:

• Train business users on data products and tools to maximize their impact.

🎯 What We're Looking For

📚 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, analytics, computer science, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).

🏅 Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant experience or 3+ years in a similar role.
• Leadership experience in data product teams, BI, or Data Warehousing projects.

💻 Technical Skills:

• Proficient in data modeling, business process modeling, and data governance concepts.
• Familiarity with Data Lake, Databricks, PowerBI, and similar tools is a plus.

📜 Methodology Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with Agile-Scrum methodologies as a Scrum Product Owner.

🌐 Language Skills:

• Proficiency in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of English.

🤓 Additional Skills:

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team collaboration capabilities.
