BUSINESS ANALYST

Nexeo is currently looking for a Repatriation Business Analyst for a leading financial institution in Brussels.

Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company supporting clients in the banking, finance, and insurance sectors throughout all phases of their transformation projects, from business consulting to IT solution implementation.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze, verify, and decide on incoming international transactions for Retail, Private, and Wealth clients.
• Collaborate with clients and relationship managers to collect required documents and information.
• Assist in implementing a new workflow to reduce the bank's risk exposure on international transactions from sensitive countries.
• Support the establishment and management of a dedicated team (up to 5 members).
• Report regularly to management on team activities and progress.

Your Profile

• Education: Master’s degree in Tax.
• Experience: At least 5 years in tax analysis, AML processes, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of personal tax matters and compliance regulations.
• Experience in process implementation and team coordination is a plus.

Languages

• Fluent in Dutch and French.
• Good knowledge of English.

• Analytical mindset and structured approach.
• Proactive and goal-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
