🔎We are looking for a Business Analyst (Fluent in English/French)

MAIN TASKS:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Map and document business processes.
• Analyze banking data to generate insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions and document requirements.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Define business rules and system specifications.
• Collaborate with QA teams for testing and ensure systems meet business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Assist in project planning and tracking progress.
• Support change management and end-user training.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Degree in Informatics or related areas
• Knowledge on project methodologies
• MS Office
• JIRA
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Analysis
• Insurance business data model expertise
• Fluent in French & English (mandatory)
• Hybrid role based in Brussels
