Business Analyst (Business Central / Navision) - Freelance

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Business Central to support business process improvements, system optimization, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements, and ensuring the successful deployment and optimization of Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs, workflows, and challenges.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather detailed business requirements for system improvements, enhancements, and integrations in ERP Business Central.
• Document and analyze business processes, identifying gaps and areas for optimization.
• Work with technical teams to design, configure, and customize Business Central to meet business needs.
• Ensure that Business Central is configured to deliver efficient, scalable solutions that align with business objectives.
• Assist in designing end-to-end solutions using Business Central that address business problems and enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in testing phases, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring that solutions meet business requirements before deployment.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining dashboards and reports within Business Central, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support business decision-making.
• Document and maintain system configurations, customizations, and user guides.

Requirements

• 5+ Years Experience as a Business Analyst
• Extensive experience with Nav/Business Central Environments
• French speaking
