Business Controller

As our Business Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the accounting for Sequana Medical NV and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts and management reporting for the group
• Treasury management and cash planning
• Coordinate and manage accounting
• Analysis of historical financials
• Variance explanations
• Develop and maintain reports and models for reporting, budgeting, financial planning & analysis and other decision making purposes
• Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports
• Work with outside consultants (auditors, tax & legal advisors) and coordinate audits and proper filing of tax returns
• Further development of internal procedures and ensure compliancy
• Coordinate preparation of annual report and audit

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years audit experience in audit (Big 4)
• Excellent Excel and math skills
• Accomplished accounting and bookkeeping skills (IFRS and BE GAAP)
• Reliable, accurate and in time working methods
• High social skills and pleasure in working in an international team
• Very self-sufficient, initiative and trustworthy
• Structured and solution-oriented working morale
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and excellent English skills
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
• University degree in business/finance or equal through experience
