All aboard: explore your role with us


  • Together with the team, you will be responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to management.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring and developing the accounting and controlling processes as well as identifying and initiating corrective actions
  • You will be involved in the preparation and coordination of the budgets and forecasts.
  • As a financial expert and true business partner, you will ensure the implementation of strategies and challenge projects.
  • You will carry out analyses of customer projects, production orders, R&D projects and investment projects.
  • You will manage the gross margin per project and check that all costs are in line with the budget. You will discuss all financial details of projects and investigate any variances from plan.
  • You will work closely with finance colleagues at both national and international level.



Track your skills: how you can add value to our team


  • You have successfully completed a Master's degree with an economic or financial focus, or have a comparable qualification.
  • You will also have many years of professional experience, preferably in the project business.
  • Knowledge of international accounting is an advantage.
  • You have sound IT application skills (e.g. Excel, SAP, B. PowerBI).
  • You have a very good knowledge of English in word and writing.
  • Intercultural skills are an advantage.
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as an agile mindset.
