Your Mission as Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our success story. Your responsibilities will include:

Hunting for new business: Actively seek and secure corporate (B2B) accounts to expand our client base.

Driving results: Create and implement marketing strategies to open doors and maximize sales.

Building lasting partnerships: Forge strong, trust-based relationships with clients that stand the test of time.

Collaborating for success: Work closely with our Sales Directors and Account Managers to create winning strategies.

Being the face of Santa Fe: Represent us at networking events and position our brand as a market leader.

Owning your performance: Use Salesforce to track progress, report results, and refine strategies.

Thinking big: Develop global sales strategies for key accounts and help us achieve new heights.
