We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager (Freelance) to help drive our growth in the Flanders region by building strong partnerships, expanding our market presence, and executing strategic initiatives.



Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager at Yelsi, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion by identifying new opportunities, fostering partnerships, and implementing growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase brand visibility and drive revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmacists, distributors, retailers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent Yelsi at industry events and meetings to promote our brand and establish connections.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.



Your Skills & Experience

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented individual with a passion for health and wellness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management, ideally within the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong network within pharmacists in Flanders is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
