Business Project Manager

Do you want to actively contribute to the implementation of the company strategy by leading cross-functional projects? As a Business Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing projects, ensuring high-quality deliveries within the set deadlines and budgets.

Your Mission

• Plan, execute, and complete projects within the allocated time and budgets.
• Align and validate expectations with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, prevent, and resolutely address issues when necessary.
• Think critically and work in a structured manner without losing sight of the project’s content.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects align with the company's strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

• Listen, provide structure, and, when needed, challenge people to make progress.
• Develop and follow up on a strong plan, paying attention to delivery phases and budgets.
• Utilize project management methodologies such as Agile to ensure successful delivery.
• Coach and support colleagues.
• Deliver solutions that maximize the user experience and meet business requirements.

Your Profile

• You have relevant experience in a similar role.
• You can communicate professionally in both French and Dutch.
• You are knowledgeable about digital tools and technologies to challenge the business in determining project solutions.
• You work critically, analytically, and in a structured way.
• You can act proactively and work independently.
• You take responsibility and understand what is expected of you.
• You are a strong communicator who can inspire, listen, and provide clear structure.
• You are a team player with strong customer focus and results orientation.
