Privatal is currently mandated by a pan-European private equity investor who is looking for a CFO, for an international omnichannel consumer goods company.
CFO Profile
Proven track record as CFO in mid-sized companies with a strong focus on operations.
Relevant and proven experience with omnichannel retail or consumer goods (B2B)
Private equity and international experience are preferred.
Hands-on, not dependent on large financial organizations.
Capable of building and professionalising the finance function.
French speaking. Dutch would be a plus.
Area of responsibility
Implement the value creation plan supported by the organization.
Managing the financial department; responsible for accounting, month-end closing, financial/operational reports, and annual accounts.
Creating analyses and KPI reports that contribute to improving the company's performance.
Responsible for accounting, legal, and tax matters within the organization, liaising with relevant advisors.
Supporting acquisitions: analyzing potential targets, securing financing, and integrating acquisitions.
