Privatal is currently mandated by a leading Pan-European PE house that is looking for a new CFO for a B2B SaaS business (€15m ARR, 100 FTE)

CFO Profile

• Proven track record in B2B Software/ SaaS companies and have a deep understanding of their specific operational and financial dynamics.
• Experience in a high-growth international PE environment
• Capable of building a strong financial team
• Experience in controlling IT projects and have insights into specific topics and metrics.
• Financial expertise - budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, independent due diligence (M&A), KPI-based management reporting, cash flow management
• Experience of implementing an ERP would be desirable

Area of responsibility

• Leading and managing all teams related to controlling, accounting, business planning, treasury and tax.
• Integration of acquisitions into the existing organisational structure.
• Further development of the finance organisation, teams, processes, tools, and systems for increased efficiency
• Operate as a strategic partner to the CEO in further development on the basis of existing financial and operational strategy.
• Ensure efficiency and optimization of the working capital and liquidity.
