  • Hybrid: 3/5 days per week at the office, 2/5 days remote work

Our Client Service & Operations team is made up of four dynamic members located across France, and the UK and Belgium, where the team manager is based. We are an international group that operates fluently in both English and French, bringing a youthful and energetic spirit to everything we do. With a strong group dynamic, we excel at working seamlessly together, all while maintaining a fun and collaborative environment.


Department Function

The Client Service & Operations team collaborates closely with our Staffing Division all across Europe Team members to develop strong working relationships with contractors on assignment to protect margins and facilitate the opportunity to gain client business intelligence. Also has responsibility for Data Administration, Reporting, Contractor Care for recruited /referred contractors, placement checking and contract generation for both clients and contractors


Role Objective

Together with the Sales act as liaison between contractors, client and Innova. To assure a good level of services based on our Standards to Innova’s contractors. By being the designated point of contact & provide effective administrative support & manage contractors requests


Job Overview:

  • Ensure contractor satisfaction and engagement under mission.
  • Manage contractor requests, issues and contract extensions.
  • Act as a liaison between contractors, the client & the company.
  • Ensure client satisfaction & follow-up
  • Manage CRM/data base
  • Create & send the necessary paperwork


➡️What We’re Looking For:


  • Proven experience in customer care, client services or admin, preferably working in a recruitment agency or staffing firm.
  • Ability to maintain high performance when managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills in French and English, proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

➡️Key Responsibilities:


Contractor Relationship Management:

  • Onboarding: Explain to our contractors the timesheet and invoice processes, as well as an overview of our terms and conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors.
  • Conduct contactors engagement to ensure that things are running smoothly
  • Address & solve any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Contribute to decrease the turnover and maintain the resources under mission.
  • Interact with clients to give a proper follow-up on specific aspects of the contractor's mission.
  • Follow up on the monthly timesheets


Contract Management:

  • Enter the data in our CRM (new placement, extension contract, ...).
  • Check that all information needed are correct and compliant
  • Generate and send the necessary paperwork (contract, appendix, ...)
  • Ensure all contractual terms are met by both parties.
  • Keep accurate records of contractor agreements and terms.
  • Referral Management
