Job Title: Clinical Data Systems Analyst

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Location: Zaventem, Flemish Region, Belgium (On Site)

Our client, a global healthcare leader, is seeking a skilled Clinical Data Systems Analyst with experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Beta Testing, and End-User Testing to support global customers, focusing on the EMEA and APJ regions. This role offers a unique opportunity to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of Clinical Data Systems (CDS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for global customers, with a focus on EMEA and APJ regions, including help desk assistance and troubleshooting.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks in the CDS (e.g., Field IDs, name changes, training).
• Write and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Beta Testing, and End-User Testing cases, documenting findings and ensuring systems meet user requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and ad-hoc requests in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and manuals.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Experience in UAT, Beta Testing, and End-User Testing.
• Proven ability to write and execute test cases, and troubleshoot issues for end users.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of SDLC and software tools for testing and project management.

Preferred, Not Mandatory:

• Experience with Oracle Clinical and Remote Data Capture (RDC) system.
• Knowledge of Clinical Trial Management Software (CTMS).
