What?

  • Analyze customer behavior to gain insights and uncover opportunities for improving the overall customer journey.
  • Lead projects focused on enhancing digital customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued at every stage of interaction.
  • Plan and execute customer research initiatives (such as surveys, interviews, and usability tests) to better understand customer needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple regions, bringing a global perspective to each project.


Who?

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in CX or a related field, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in both English and Dutch, with additional language skills being a plus.
  • You have a proactive mindset and are passionate about continuous improvement and driving innovation.
