As a Customer Service Manager, you will be the main contact for customers after installations are operational. You will actively manage your portfolio to ensure satisfaction by providing services that enhance the lifecycle of our energy solutions.
Your role
Provide customers with tailored solutions for maintenance and upgrades.
Oversee budgets, forecasts, and maintenance activities.
Manage contracts, inspections, and preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of installations.
Address technical challenges with the support of a dedicated internal team.
Organize and oversee the ordering and delivery of spare parts.
Requirements
You have an MECHANICAL engineering degree or equivalent experience with a background in customer service, account management, or after-sales.
You value building long-term relationships, have a strong sense of responsibility, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Fluency in DUTCH and English is required, with additional languages such as French or Spanish as an advantage.
Flexibility for short business trips is essential.
