Your Scope
In this role you work in the team cluster Foodservice Retail (Europe) . You are part of our Ardo Group Customer Excellence Team in Ardooie, Belgium, which monitors a worldwide customer portfolio within the retail and foodservice markets.

In this role you work in the team cluster Foodservice Retail (Europe) . You are part of our Ardo Group Customer Excellence Team in Ardooie, Belgium, which monitors a worldwide customer portfolio within the retail and foodservice markets.
- You guard the customer service “order to cash” process, in cooperation with Sales, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Expedition.
- You manage your customer portfolio:
- customer creation
- item creation, item screening
- order intake, stock checks, alternative proposals
- timely deliveries
- continuous information updates
- complaint and return management
- You take the lead in business improvements projects, e.g.
- on efficient orderbook & documentation management, standardization, optimizations, synergies
- on analysis of important master data
- on document automation
- as an SAP key user or in a process-oriented role.
- You share a team responsibility with your colleagues in customer service as well as in sales support.
- Professional (or native) level in English and Dutch. Good knowledge of German. Knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
- Master’s degree.
- Relevant experience in customer service.
- Experience with SAP (or another ERP-system) is a plus.
- Accuracy, positivity, and proactive communication is key in everything you do.
- You have a solution and process-oriented way of thinking, embrace learning opportunities and search for continuous improvement.
- You love to solve (complex) problems and to work organised in stressful, time sensitive and changing conditions.
