We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Service Representative to join our Belgian team.
About Job
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the levels of service and support Fitek wants them to enjoy. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, address their concerns, and help them achieve their business goals using our products and services. Your role will be critical in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, striving for first-contact resolution, escalate the most complex cases as needed
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service processes
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer experience and internal processes
Requirements:
- At least B2 level command of Dutch and English, B1 for French
- Problem-solving skills
- A customer-centric mindset and a desire to help people
- A proactive approach to understanding and resolving client issues
- Attention to detail, reliability, independence, and a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
- Over one year worth of experience in a customer service role
Desirable:
- Interest in a customer's business: how do they do things, how can we support them?
- Strong in process thinking, to be applied in a Finance and Administration environment
- Affinity with high level IT concepts such as databases, file formats, system integration, Software as a Service (SaaS), cloud infrastructure
- Bachelor level degree
- Experience in an accounting environment
