Here is what you can expect in this role:
  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers. When they have questions regarding invoices, renewals, etc., you’re happy to help.
  • Being proactive doesn’t scare you. You’re more than willing to reach out to our customers to inform them about shipments, delays, etc..
  • You will double check if the purchase orders that are coming in are according to the price models that are communicated to the customer.
  • Our platform will hold no secrets to you and you’ll keep an eye on the invoicing settings per customer to ensure all is correct.

You’d fit in well if you:
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in administration/logistics/… or equal by experience.
  • Are proactive and critical: whether it’s informing customers and colleagues about (potential) issues or contributing to the improvement of internal processes, you like being prepared and preparing for the future!
  • Have experience working with price models and invoicing. You’re organized and precise.
  • Are a good listener and can communicate easily with all kinds of stakeholders. You have been a first line of contact in previous jobs.
  • Are tech-savvy. You quickly figure out how different tools and platforms work. Ideally you have worked with Excel, Teamleader, Salesforce or the likes in the past.
  • Are fluent in English, spoken as well as written. Dutch is a plus!
  • Don’t want to sit at your desk all day but like to have some variation in physical (ex. taking items from the stock to prepare shipments) and administrative tasks.
  • Love working in a team but are independent and can take ownership over your tasks.
  • Are ambitious. You want to grow your personal career and make a difference.
