What will you do?
Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager, you are the first point of contact for customers throughout their entire lifecycle (onboarding, impact, growth, contract renewals, etc.). Your responsibilities include:
- Helping new customers onboard the tool so they can quickly experience the value of Beeple. You assist them in configuring the tool to maximize its value.
- Once they are up and running, you check in regularly to see how things are going.
- Creating manuals or videos and providing tips & tricks for using our planning software.
- General customer support: answering questions or resolving issues based on your knowledge of the tool.
- Informing customers about new Beeple features and modules, while also looking for upsell opportunities during one-on-one sessions, evaluations, or (live) webinars.
- Thinking along with the customer to enhance the impact of using Beeple. How can Beeple be used more effectively to simplify processes or increase efficiency?

As part of the Customer Success team, we ensure our customers get the most out of Beeple. This allows users to save time and focus on growing their business. It starts with helping new customers onboard. A good onboarding is the key to a success story. Additionally, we keep in touch, identify opportunities, gather feedback, and follow up on it.
Important traits for a Customer Success employee include empathy, good listening skills, proactivity, and being structured.
Furthermore, you are proficient in Dutch and English. Other languages like French and Spanish are a big plus!
- You take proactive ownership of your projects, thinking creatively and solving problems.
- You have a customer-oriented mindset and a healthy dose of flexibility.
- You don't need to know how to code, but technology and software shouldn't scare you. You understand the big picture and find it interesting!
- You have several years of experience in a similar role as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Project Manager.
What can you expect from us?
