As a customer success manager, you offer support and advice to the end users of various web applications. The user group is mainly local authorities.


The various tasks include the following: supporting end users via helpdesk and ticketing system, providing training via webinars or on-site, answering questions in the context of technical pre-sales, being present at commercial events as a technical expert.


In addition, you will take care of the functional management for many of our customers, such as; user configurations, connection with third-party applications and the configuration for optimal performance.


In short, you act as a true ambassador for your software portfolio

  • You facilitate the implementation of SAAS applications at the customers.
  • You guide them in the correct use of the applications, through training and coaching.
  • You support them in "change" and encourage the use of the applications.
  • You help build the documentation intended for the end users.
  • You share opportunities for product improvement with the team and the Product Manager.
