Roles & Responsibilities

Our client in the private banking sector is looking for a Data Analyst to join their dynamic IT squad. The team consists of two developers and two analysts working collaboratively on data and digital projects. They leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver innovative solutions in asset management, partnering closely with business colleagues to provide high-quality services for both internal stakeholders and external institutional clients. The team is young, hands-on, and dedicated to achieving exceptional results.

Your Missions:

• Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
• Understand and document stakeholder business requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis to define functional requirements that align with business objectives.
• Engage with various departments to gather input and ensure alignment.
• Create detailed documentation, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with developers to clarify requirements and ensure accurate software design.
• Develop test plans, write test cases, and perform functional testing to ensure quality.

Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in software development as a business, functional or test analyst.
• Strong foundation in writing use cases and business requirements, process modeling, SQL and overall testing knowledge.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, Postman, DBeaver.
• English fluency, both written and spoken, is an absolute must.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly asset management, is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing is a plus
