Responsibilities
Data Collection & Preparation: Gather, clean, and preprocess data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate and manage data efficiently.
Analysis & Reporting: Perform data profiling, generate comprehensive reports, and present actionable insights to support business decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity, quality, and security, adhering to best practices and compliance requirements.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document processes, pipelines, and methodologies to promote maintainability and team collaboration.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in data analytics and apply them to enhance processes.
Skills And Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python and R programming languages.
Proven expertise in the Shiny web framework is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated experience working with SQL databases.
Technical Expertise
Proficiency with ETL tools and experience in designing and managing ETL processes.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with cloud solutions, particularly Microsoft Azure.
Strong knowledge of data integrity, security, and quality assurance best practices.
Soft Skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
Ability to work in Agile environments and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
Strong team-leading skills, with a proactive approach to ownership and accountability.
Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (verbal and written).
