We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst Finance to join our team and help shape the future of financial reporting and analytics. You will play a key role in collecting and analyzing data from various sources, creating interactive dashboards, and providing actionable insights to our Finance department and beyond.

As a Data Analyst in Finance, you will help the team navigate large datasets, build impactful Power BI reports, and support data-driven decision-making within the organization. You'll also act as a key liaison between the Finance department and other teams to ensure the smooth execution of digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:​

• Design and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, serving the needs of the Finance department, both for Financial and Business Reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable Power BI development needs.
• Conduct user testing to ensure reports are effective and meet end-user expectations.
• Troubleshoot issues, address inquiries, and resolve technical challenges within the Finance data environment.
• Document the development of data models and reports to ensure sustainability and best practices.
• Lead and manage Power BI development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with quality standards.
• Promote data management best practices and foster a culture of data stewardship within the Finance team.
• Drive digital transformation projects and work with the Finance department to integrate new digital tools and technologies.
• Lead efforts to continually improve the Planful system and collaborate with the HQ Finance Data Analytics Team.

How does our ideal candidate look like?

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology (or related field) with at least 5 years of experience in a financial data role.
• Expertise in Power BI (SQL, Power Query, Data Modelling, DAX, Visualizations).
• Knowledge of SAP, SAP BW, Data Bricks, Planful, and Alteryx is a plus.
• Familiarity with data architecture, ETL processes, machine learning, and data science concepts.
• Experience in financial analysis and modelling.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, project management, and change management skills.
• A critical, open mindset with a passion for driving innovation in data solutions.
