YOUR JOB

As a Data Analyst with focus on Quality at LACO, you’ll be responsible for:


  • Gather and analyse data from different sources to identify inconsistency and trends.
  • Identifying data quality issues and clearly communicate their business impact
  • Clean the data and identify the route causes of data quality issues
  • Design and build data quality controls to support data stewards and other business stakeholders
  • Build (Power BI) data quality dashboards to monitor the overall data quality
  • Working closely with stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise in Power BI, data quality frameworks and data platforms
  • Designing, optimizing, and developing Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business needs and requirements.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving data quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Staying up to date with the latest technologies and best practices to excel in this role.


YOUR SKILLS


  • You have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • You have good communication skills, used to work with business stakeholders.
  • You have an analytical mindset for analysing business requirements.
  • You have proven experience with data quality projects.
  • You have an extended experience with Business Glossary, Data Catalog, Data Lineage or Reporting Governance
  • You know all about the SQL
  • You have experience in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling techniques, minimum Star Schemas (Kimball) and others are nice to have.


You get even more bonus points if …


  • You have a good Experience with master data management
  • You are familiar with data quality tool like Azure Purview (Collibra, Informatica, Soda)
  • Python, Spark, PySpark, Spark SQL
  • Other Security protocols like CLS (column Level Security, Object Level Security)
  • You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.
