Data Scientist (NL + ENG)

Position: Data Scientist

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Hybrid: 2-3 times a week on the client´s office

Candidates must possess European nationality or a valid work permit for Belgium

Mandatory Languages: One of the national languages (Dutch and French) must be the mother tongue, and the other language must be understood and readable

Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Scientist to develop machine learning models and advanced analytics that solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will leverage data to build predictive and prescriptive models.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement machine learning algorithms to solve business problems;
• Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling;
• Work with large datasets to identify patterns and trends;
• Communicate findings through reports and presentations to stakeholders;
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to deploy models.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 4-6 years of experience in Data Science
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, or Scala);
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn);
• Strong understanding of statistics and probability;
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure);
