1. Possess 16–20 years of work experience at a reputable Data & AI services firm.
2. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for compelling storytelling.
3. Demonstrated ability to deliver large and complex Data & AI transformation projects.
4. Proficiency in Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, SQL DB, Cosmos DB, Synapse, Azure Data Lake, PowerBI, Azure DB migration service, Azure ML, and Cognitive Services.
5. Proficiency in Databricks (including PySpark) services, including Databricks Lakehouse, Unified Analytics Platform, Runtime, Unity Catalogue, MLOps, and Mosaic, is required.
6. Should hold relevant technical certifications from Microsoft and Databricks.
7. The ability to conduct data landscape assessments and be able to provide solutions for modernising, migrating, and integrating applications on the cloud using industry best practices.
8. Engage with business and technology stakeholders, collect necessary information, comprehend client expectations, clarify details through workshops, and propose and discuss optimal solutions.
9. Ability to troubleshoot any escalated issues related to Data & AI delivery.
10. Work closely with the pre-sales, account, and sales teams, providing support throughout all phases of Data & AI deal pursuits and expanding existing projects.

•        Possess a Bachelor or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Decision Sciences.

•        Drive meaningful customer conversations and achieve positive business outcomes.

•        Engage with clients effectively and play a key role in achieving successful outcomes for clients.

•        Maintains an active learning approach, staying current with industry trends, and applying these insights to develop solutions, initiate new projects, and shape capability roadmaps.

•        Contribute to the development of solutions and automation accelerators, and mentor emerging Data & AI talent.

•        Familiarity with the business landscape in Europe.

•        Willing to travel up to 10 to 15%, primarily within Europe.
