An international automotive group is actively looking for a District Manager - Customer service & parts to join it's After Sales team truck division and support the 8 dealership groups representing 36 service points in Belgium & Luxembourg in their development.
Main missions :
To analyze the business potential of each dealership in the region in collaboration with your colleagues and to steer and monitor the implementation of agreed actions.
Maintain close relations with the dealer groups by visiting them regularly in order to be able to report regularly on each activity to the group.
Contribute to the clarification of customer issues, involving other partners where necessary.
Keep up to date with market information and share this with colleagues.
Ideal Profile :
You are fluent in French, English and Flemish.
You have an in-depth knowledge of the sector, in particular the service and parts sector.
You have significant project management experience.
You have good communication skills and are customer/service oriented.
You will be able to achieve individual objectives as well as being a team player.
You are familiar with performance indicators and have a good command of power BI.
Other :
Possibility of working 2 days a week from home, with compulsory attendance except in the office on Tuesdays for a business meeting with the team.
