Your opportunity
To support the Group Talent & management team at HQ (Brussels), we are looking for E-learning wizard interns!
During your internship, you will be working with a team of other passionate E-learning professionals who will happily assist and guide you, to make your time with us a valuable learning experience.
What We Expect From You
Easyfairs is seeking a passionate, creative, and highly adaptable intern to join the team and support in the development of e-learning materials. The E-Learning Intern will work closely with the digital learning coordinator to develop e-learning modules & support within the management & the promotion of our online learning platform.
Your main tasks will include
Easyfairs devotes particular attention to providing flexible working arrangements, cool offices that nurture well-being and creativity at work, and pioneer new ways of working. Our approach resulted in Easyfairs becoming for the fourth year running “Best Managed Company” “Entrepreneur of the Year®” and a “Great Place to Work”. Additionally, this internship will offer numerous training opportunities to enhance your digital and instructional design skills whilst having fun in an informal and fast paced working environment.

What We Expect From You
Easyfairs is seeking a passionate, creative, and highly adaptable intern to join the team and support in the development of e-learning materials. The E-Learning Intern will work closely with the digital learning coordinator to develop e-learning modules & support within the management & the promotion of our online learning platform.
Your main tasks will include
- Produce learning videos using adobe premiere pro & Filmora
- Nurture our learning platform by curating free content linked to the soft skills learning channel using the rise authoring tools
- Managing the back end of the Academy Online, this includes (the meta-data management, the upload of learning resources, account creations…)
- Investigate & look for latest trends in e-learning tools such us (gamified quizzes, polls, etc…)
- Test & pilot new learning paths before we go live
- Affinity with video editing (iMovie, Filmora, Adobe premiere pro, …)
- Perfect knowledge of MS Office
- Experienced with Adobe photoshop & Illustrator is plus
- You are studying Digital Marketing, Digital learning, or any other relevant field of study;
- You’re available for a period of minimum 12 weeks;
- You have excellent English skills both written and verbal and have good command in French or in Dutch;
- You have skills and experience in photos and video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva,..);
- You are a hands-on and creative profile who can design good looking and attractive visuals and videos;
- You have an enthusiastic personality, always curious to learn;
- You are well organised, you can easily set priorities and are able to switch quickly;
- You have an eye for details;
