XDMS is the most versatile Dealer Management Software in the market and, as a result, we are growing at a fast pace globally. We are now looking for new motivated colleagues to join our consultant’s team and support further growth.

We are looking for a colleague who can function in an independent manner but at the same time shows himself to be a teammate with a helicopter view of clients and projects in a financial context.

Your profile:

• You preferably have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or economics.
• You fluently speak French and English while Dutch is your mother tongue. Other languages are a plus.
• You already have a first experience with ERP software.
• You preferably have knowledge of the automotive or machinery sector.
• You usually work in the office but occasional travel abroad or in Belgium does not scare you off.
• You work in a structured way, easily keep the overview, and can effectively prioritize outstanding tasks across multiple projects. You are good at managing your planning, milestones, and deadlines.
• You have an analytical mindset and can empathize with the client's needs, translating them into possibilities within our system. You succeed in giving each interlocutor a clear picture of the project in question.
• You communicate clearly, take a proactive approach, and take responsibility in the collaboration with the client.
• You can work independently but feel good to communicate with a dynamic team locally or abroad.
• You can easily present, explain and discuss matters for a group of clients or colleagues.

Job description

• You provide advice and support for the setup of XDMS with the client's accounting software, including the accounting link, maintenance, and installation of new functionalities.
• You maintain strong contact with the client, make clear assessments, and provide professional advice that serves the interests of the company.
• You collaborate closely with colleague consultants and other departments:
• You ensure that your colleague consultants are properly briefed according to the accounting setup, processes, and the client’s needs.
• You regularly and clearly report the status of projects to management and project leaders.
• You identify opportunities, potential bugs, perform accounting analyses, and optimize processes so that the client appreciates your added value.
• You provide targeted training to the client to enhance their knowledge and satisfaction.
• Naturally, you ensure that you thoroughly know XDMS, the Xpower ERP software, and pass on your knowledge to customers and colleagues.
• You gladly communicate about this clearly and accurately with customers and colleagues.
