At Xpower, we specialize in ERP and Dealer Management Software (DMS) solutions for businesses in truck & bus, automotive, recreational vehicles, construction machinery, material handling & lifting, agriculture, and more. Our goal is to help companies streamline their operations, gain financial insights, and drive growth.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated ERP Accounting Consultant to strengthen our consultant team. If you have a background in finance, accounting, and ERP, and enjoy working in a structured yet dynamic environment, this role is for you!

Your Role – What You’ll Do

🔹 ERP & Accounting Integration – Assist clients with the setup, maintenance, and optimization of XDMS for financial processes.

🔹 Financial Consulting – Provide expert advice on accounting processes and system functionalities to improve operational efficiency.

🔹 Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with consultants and other departments to ensure proper system setup, training, and reporting.

🔹 Process Optimization – Identify opportunities, perform financial analyses, and refine processes to maximize results.

🔹 Training & Knowledge Sharing – Provide targeted training sessions to clients and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Your Profile – Who We’re Looking For

✅ You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.

✅ You speak French and English fluently, with Dutch as your native language. Additional languages are a plus!

✅ You have experience with ERP software and a strong understanding of financial processes.

✅ Knowledge of the automotive, truck & bus, or machinery sector is an advantage.

✅ You thrive in a structured environment, keeping a clear overview and prioritizing tasks efficiently.

✅ You enjoy working in the office but are open to occasional travel within Belgium or abroad.

✅ Your analytical mindset helps you understand client needs and translate them into system solutions.

✅ You’re proactive, take ownership of client relationships, and communicate clearly.

✅ You feel at ease presenting and discussing solutions with clients and colleagues.
