ERP Project Manager

Your challenge

As an ERP Project Manager, you manage the roadmap implementation of an ERP system, covering different aspects of our departments in different phases. Your success is based on your ability to manage all aspects of the project, from solution analysis to go-live, and to support the necessary change management. You bring extensive and relevant experience in finance, billing, and project administration to the table to help us adapt to the tool and change our business processes where needed.

You Are Responsible For

• Planning and managing the project teams’ activities, scope, timeline, budget, and resources during the entire project life cycle.
• Working closely with the project manager from the software implementation side.
• Ensuring the team remains focused on the results in terms of quality, costs, and business processes by managing the scope closely and challenging all parties.
• Working closely with solution architects, consultants, and the business BPOs and SMEs.
• Reporting on project progress and status to all stakeholders.
• Providing the necessary translation between technical and functional stakeholders.
• Ensuring the right level of support for the change management that will be needed across function areas and locations.
• Preparing for the next phase of the roadmap by organizing and participating in the functional analysis with the business.

As our new ERP Project Manager you’ll join the Global Excellence team, as part of the Internal Services organization. The Global Excellence team ensures that our company operates at its best and is continuously in pursuit of the highest standards and the continuous improvement of processes, products and services.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of solid project management experience in the domain of ERP system implementations , complemented with a university degree.
• Experience in a multinational organization or consulting company.
• Experience in finance, billing, and project administration.
• Experience with business process mapping and change management.
• A strong affinity with IT software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• A team-playing attitude.
• Effective communication skills with an excellent command of English.
• The flexibility to travel.
