We're looking for an Experienced Business Manager, who will have the opportunity to evolve on an agency director position.

Prospect new clients with the goal of building strong relationships with them;
Understand their needs and provide them with the most suitable solution by leveraging our entire range of expertise and methodologies;
Negotiate and formalize service contracts with your clients.
Team:
Build your team by taking the initiative in their recruitment;
Follow your consultants, ensure their satisfaction, and oversee their skill development
Profitability:
Increase your revenue on a daily basis;
Achieve profitability in line with the requirements of our model;
Constantly ensure the financial health of your activity.
About you?
You have a scientific degree
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position;
Proficiency in English and Dutch
