We are looking for a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to join a dynamic team and play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our production infrastructure.
Your Mission:
Infrastructure Maintenance: Organise and lead preventive and curative maintenance for buildings and facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee investment projects, from drafting CAPEX proposals to successful implementation.
Team Leadership: Motivate and guide your team to meet objectives while fostering a positive and diverse work environment.
Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with contractors, negotiate terms, and monitor project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure buildings and infrastructure remain in excellent condition by addressing repairs and coordinating emergency maintenance.
Lead the department's budgeting process and monitor financial performance.
Act as SAP Key User and primary contact for key technical partners.
Continuously drive productivity improvements and long-term operational enhancements.
About You:
Experience: 3+ years in facilities management within a production environment.
Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, team management, and project planning expertise.
Traits: Independent, flexible, and solution-focused with a hands-on approach.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and CAD software.
Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English, with basic knowledge of French.
