Finance Business Partner

As part of this growth, we are seeking a full-time Finance Business Partner to join our Finance & Administration team, based in Brussels.

YOUR ROLE

As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to our management team and oversee the financial operations of Telos Impact in Belgium and France. Key responsibilities include:

1. Finance & Accounting

• Manage internal accounts, budgets, cash flow, cost controls, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and manage subsidies, investments, and insurance.
• Partner with Telos clients to oversee fund accounting and deliver a seamless client experience.

2.Operations & Governance

• Coordinate all internal operations, tools, and procedures, including IT, legal, and supplier management to guarantee the satisfaction of all your stakeholders.
• Act as secretary for strategic meetings, such as steering committee and Board of Directors, ensuring follow-up on key actions.
• Drive efficient governance practices and support organizational growth.

3. People Management

• Supervise, motivate and coach office managers with inspiring and empathetic leadership.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment that promotes engagement and well-being.

4. Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on trends and best practices in finance and operations.
• Proactively improve your skills and work processes to maintain high-quality performance.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Background: Master’s degree in economics or commercial engineer
• Experience: Over 3-4 years of professional experience in the field related to controlling/audit.
• Skills: Strong analytical and project management abilities with a meticulous and organized approach to your deliverables.
• Team management: Deep sense of empathy, social & communication skills, and the ability to foster trust in relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Passion: Genuine interest and experience in social and/or environmental impact.
