Job Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and results-driven Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage daily financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the organization’s financial stability and growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, diligence, and a deep understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and banking activities.
• Budgeting and Reporting: Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support decision-making.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, including tax filings and audits.
• Analysis: Conduct financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.
• Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support operational and strategic goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to financial systems and processes for enhanced efficiency.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in financial management software and Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
