We are looking, for one of our clients in Brussels, for a Finance Manager.

Location: Brussels, South station.

Salary: 4000 – 5000 € / month

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the Brussels and Amsterdam office
  • Managing the entire cycle of purchase, revenue, salary, and general ledger, including journal postings
  • Conducting multicurrency reconciliations.
  • Ensuring the monthly reconciliation of the trial balance for the Brussels and Amsterdam bases.
  • Supervising local finance processes, procedures, internal controls, and compliance.
  • Reconciling VAT accounts and submitting returns to local authorities.
  • Collaborating with the Group Accountant to reconcile operating costs.
  • Handling invoicing, debt management, and cash planning responsibilities.
  • Providing financial analysis and reports to advise the manager on operations policy and decisions.
  • Implementing detailed and accurate reconciliation for the revenue cycle on a weekly basis.
  • Assisting the Head of Finance in ad hoc projects and analysis work.
  • Coordinating with Finance Managers from other bases on inter-company financial matters.
