Financial Controller

Position Overview

As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust financial structure that supports the company's rapid growth and strategic objectives. You will play a crucial role in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring the organization's financial health and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust financial processes and systems to support the company's growth.
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial data and create insightful management reports.
• Establish and monitor budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage cash flow and prepare accurate liquidity forecasts.
• Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.

Requirements

• Higher degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a fast-growing (technological) organization.
• Extensive experience in financial analysis, reporting, and developing financial processes.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.
• Experience in the data center industry or a similar technical sector is a plus.
