Act as a business partner for various departments, providing financial guidance and support when needed.

Your Profile
Master’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field 🎓.
Minimum 10 years of experience in controlling.
Experience in HR expense controlling is a plus 💼.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and a passion for automation projects (BI tools proficiency is a bonus).
Fluency in French or Dutch, with at least a strong understanding of the other language 🌍. English proficiency is essential.
You are autonomous, detail-oriented, and bring a high level of rigor to your work.
