Freelance Financial Controller – Accounting and Cost Management (Banking)

Location: Hybrid (50% Onsite in Brussels, 50% Remote)

Languages Required: Dutch or English

We’re hiring a Financial Controller for a leading financial services firm. This freelance role focuses on managing the accounting function, cost analysis, and compliance reporting.

Key Tasks:

• Manage monthly/quarterly closings: controlling, analysis, and reporting.
• Provide cost insights to senior management.
• Prepare financial statements and liaise with regulators.
• Act as a single point of contact for external auditors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounting and cost control.
• Fluent in Dutch and English
