Our client located in Wallon Brabant is looking for an HR Manager !

As a business partner of the management team you will define, propose and deploy the HR Roadmap on all the different aspects of the function:
- Organization design and evolution
o Continuously challenge and advise the organization to optimize efficiency/costs structure in a sustainable way
o Support deployment of Group and company culture
o Be a key contributor of transformation initiatives
- Talent Management and Competency development
o Attract, retain and engage collaborators
o Develop Employer branding
o Pilot competency development according to the present and future needs of the organization (training, internal mobility, promotions …)
- Administration, payroll and Compensation & Benefits
o Manage administrative tasks related to work contract
o Supervise payroll
o Make sure the C&B offer is competitive and fair on both external and internal market
- Collective and individual social relations
o Ensure full compliance with local rules and regulations towards local Administration and Employee Representatives
o Co-pilot with managers all individual Labour relation in full compliance with Law (disciplinary actions, disputes …)
Profile :
- A hands-on leader able to develop a long-term vision and a pragmatic and operational approach.
- Respectful of people, team spirit, able to build consensus through positive dialog and benevolence, equally comfortable in the workers’ lunchroom and the executive boardroom.
- Provides feedback in appropriate ways. Assertive when demanded. Displays tough empathy when needed.
- High energy. Has the courage to act. Able to renegotiate that has been previously agreed to.
- Brings discipline to people management processes.
- Proven track of records in industrial environment is a must (15+ years of validated Operational HR experience including in plant).
- Carries a tool bag of different structures, processes, and methodologies to be used as the context demands (higher education in HR or in Labour Law).
- Able to positively interact within a Management Team. Keeps everyone informed. Transparent, provides counsel to the team leaders.
- Outstanding inter- and intrapersonal skills.
- Also able to interact in an international group (fluent in English).
