Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed business analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Identify and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.

• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users.

Main Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree or extensive experience in Business Administration, Digital Technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques. (Miro, Draw.io, Adobe Reporting, etc.)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies. (Gherkin, Agile, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• User and Customer Experience (UX and CX) minded.
• Ability to design clear and detailed functional flows.
• Constructive critical mindset to identify all possible error cases.
• Strong documentation skills for business requirements.
• Effective stakeholder management.
• Risk-minded approach.
