In this position you are responsible for the operational management of the Front Office Team and you manage Shift Leaders and Receptionists. You report directly to the Hotel Director. You ensure good communication within your own department, as well as with the other departments; together you are stronger. You are responsible for making the rosters and the administrative tasks of the Front Office department. You lead your department with positive energy every day and you enjoy coaching your team.


Who are you?

  • You are full of energy and perceive the hospitality industry as the best industry to work in.
  • You have management experience (2-3 years) and are ready for the next step.
  • Do you have experience in a 4 or 5* hotel? Great!
  • You are flexible and strong minded. Guests and colleagues get energy from you and you don't shy away from a challenge.
  • You have strong communication skills and are a coach for the Front Office team. You are a go-to person and you get energy from striving for the very best result together with the team every day.
  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English language and you are also strong in numbers. French knowledge is considered a plus.
  • You are flexible and a hard worker
